BRAINSTORM: Create character suggestions for base reality PLAY: Hitchhiker Four players are in a car. A fifth player draws a character type from the box. They enter the car as that character (while other players shift, and the driver exits) Everyone in the car matches the character type of the hitchhiker. PLAY: Freeze If there is any time remaining after everyone has been in the car, we can switch to Freeze. LEARNING GOAL: Practice improvisation principles.
DO NOW: Hep One full round of regular Hep. PLAY: Freeze Set the room up with two rows for the audience to sit. Two players take the stage, and are given a base reality (character and location) by the audience. When someone from the audience yells "Freeze," both players freeze in place. The audience member taps one of them out, and starts a new scene. Remember:
